I have already written an article on the process you should follow when you want to Sell or Transfer your Loan from NMB to CRDB or crdb to anmb.
Today i want to explain on the reasons why you should not sell or transfer your loan to another Bank !
The truth is , i have tried to do this case and i want to share with you my experience and give you friendly warning as follow :-
1. You will end up with Small amount of Loan . This is because when you want to transfer or sell your loan from Bank A to bank B , you have to request your balance from Bank A and after being given your balance you take it to Bank B where they make calculations and they will tell you that you qualify for acertain amount of loan.
Example below :-
If you are indebted or your debt after your final request from bank A is 8, 0000,000 and you qualify for for 10, 000,000, then you will end up with only 2,000,000 as they take the balance from bank A and then take the amount you are qualified and then minus the balance from Bank A.
2. Another reason of why you should not transfer your loan from Bank A to B is this, that you need the same process you went through applying the same loan in Bank A. Also you need all document you used in applying for loan in bank A.
3. Another reason is this , that the time of your contract with your old Bank,, i mean Bank A tend tk end there ! And therefore when you transffer your loan to Bank B , you are going to start or establish new contract with Bank B and therefore the years of the contract will rise depending on the amount you need.
Friendly advice , please do not sell your or transfer your loan to another Bank. Just wait until you full finished paying your loan from Bank A .
